What are the “age games” about?
It is important to clarify that the initials ABDL (Adult Baby Diaper Lover) are always to be separated with a slash (AB/DL) indicating that these two tastes can occur both together and separately. Infantilism – in a medicalized context called autonepiophilia – refers to a not necessarily erotic-sexual form of being treated as a baby including or not diapers.

This type of ageplay or ABDL practice involves further regression. In this case the objective is a total letting go where the person entirely becomes a baby completely being dependent on his/her/they caregiver. From putting on diapers, giving a bottle, seeing the drawings, painting, enjoying pampering: a wide variety of activities come to our imagination. We just think about what we would do with a baby and transfer it to adult size.
From 3 to 7 years old or Baby boy/girl
This age range there is generally more active and sessions focus on games and greater stimulation. Creativity becomes more central and the contact has more of a face-to-face character; the child is less passive. This age segment is a great space for those who like to show their brat side and to receive some punishment from the caring adult. Diapers remain part of the game. How to wear them is usually something the caregiver decides.
Ageplay and AB/DL as a form of humiliation
It is also possible to enjoy ABDL as a way of being humiliated. Diapers and some typical baby attitudes (crawling, talking like a child, etc.) can become a form of humiliation. On many occasions, they may be accompanied by a reprimand in the form of spanking the diaper.
